I am a published writer, a teacher, and transformative creativity practitioner. 

I am on a mission to empower, inspire and uplift individuals on a quest to enhance their lives with beauty, creativity, insight, and wisdom.

I have a PhD in comparative literature, and academic and professional qualifications in anthropology, expressive arts therapies, creativity, teaching, writing, publishing and translation.

 I am at my best when walking into a wood, looking for the right clearing, 

or listening to the elements outside my studio window: connecting to rain and wind makes me feel alive and in touch with my inner power.
