Summer Challenge Day 17

Today I finalized the course landing page where I described the course contents and benefits.

23 Days to Practise Transformation, Lessons in Transformative Consciousness and Mindful Living is about waking up and starting to pay attention, instead of running on autopilot in our daily lives.

Throughout the years, I learned a lot through formal and informal study, encounters, practices, books, seminars, talks, workshops, friends, and inner listening. 23 Days to Practice Transformation is one of my own curated collections of principles and practices that work, whose benefits are accessible in a relatively little time. 

They require practice to be perfected; yet, 23 days can help set up a healthy habit and instil the desire to engage with them on an ongoing basis.

In the next few days, I am going to be specific about what you will learn in the course.
