Summer Challenge Day 12
I am almost finished with the audio files of the various lessons.
Setting up this challenge has proved a revitalising strategy and a way for me to clear my mind of fatigue.
In fact, before starting out, I was feeling somewhat lethargic because of an intense work routine that seemed overwhelming.
And here is the secret: I stopped managing my time; I just managed myself, paying attention to my moods and levels of energy at different times throughout the day.
I started working on a project that came forward naturally by itself.
The outcome so far has been that I feel invigorated and full of enthusiasm again.
